    The Sub-Forum on Language, Culture, and Educational Practices is a specialized academic session within ICSSCS 2026, hosted by Amur State University.     Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings and will be submitted to Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, Google Scholar, CNKI, and other databases for indexing. Each Paper will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from Crossref. The situation may be affected by factors among databases like processing time, workflow, policy, etc.
