The Legal Studies and Social Governance Seminar is a parallel track within ICSSCS 2026, dedicated to exploring the intersection of legal research and social governance in contemporary societies. This seminar provides a focused platform for legal scholars, policy researchers, and practitioners to discuss how legal frameworks shape, regulate, and respond to evolving social dynamics.Grounded in the broader theme of ICSSCS 2026 — "Bridging Theories, Cultures, and Futures" — this track examines how legal systems across different jurisdictions engage with issues of social governance, public policy, and cross-cultural justice. It invites contributions that bridge theoretical legal scholarship with practical governance challenges in an increasingly interconnected world.

Submission
Authors wishing to present in this parallel track should submit their papers via the ICSSCS 2026 submission system. All accepted and registered papers will be published in the ICSSCS 2026 conference proceedings with DOI assignment.
Conference Proceedings
Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings and will be submitted to Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, Google Scholar, CNKI, and other databases for indexing. Each Paper will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from Crossref. The situation may be affected by factors among databases like processing time, workflow, policy, etc.
